Spells: Massive Fail, mobs resist everything?

Im starting to notice spells are being resisted about 60 to 70% of the time to blue mobs...granted they are 2 or3 levels lower then me, but the amount of resists should about more like 30% TOPS and more common so 10 to 20% the resists here are far to high for mobs. Could there be an adjustment?

It appears to be likeany mob really at any level. I had problems soloing blue goblins in highkeep 24 to 29 in levels I was goblins were blue to me lots of resists. Most recently shaman 42 killing haze golems and worse yet blue vapor golems resist roots if they land its 10 seconds or shorters poision was resisted 4 or 5 times along with slow was resisted 2 times landed the 3rd time. By then im oom. I honestly remember soloing in untwinked in kc at 45 to 50. On this sever everything is just flat out reaisted for everyone lol.
