newbie druid equipment question

Do I need to worry much about getting my +mana or +wisdom armor pretty early? i'm asking this very preemptively - have only made it to level 4 so far and wearing a bunch of patchwork for the AC for now. just wondering at what level I need to start worrying about wisdom and mana moreso than just the AC I have now.
