Question about Chardok revamp

Hello Sirken, Nilbog, Rogean, and all esteemed p1999 staff:

I was wondering when the Chardok revamp would be implemented in game? Specifically Herald Telcha and the quests related to him. They were added to classic EQ in late 2001 and early 2002, which was roughly 18 months after the release of Kunark. More specific dates and posts can be found in these two threads:

I know in classic I quested these and used them through most of Velious. The Spirit Wracked Chords and the Di'Zok Signet of Service were two items I did not upgrade until Luclin or PoP (and I don't care about those two expansions because they sucked). But having them would be sweet for Velious and the remaining life of the server.
