![]() I used my Pegasus cloak to levitate; and I grouped with a druid for a port to dreadlands. Druid casted levitate on me also and both levitates stacked.

![]() This is correct.
Levitate spell and the cloak (whose clicky is Levitation) are different spell slots for Levitate effect. Levitation (cloak) and Dead Man Floating however will not stack.

In velious spdats and even today on Live, Levitate and Levitation both have their effect in slot 3. On p99, Levitate's (spellid 261) effect is erroneously in slot 1. | |||

See the quote in the OP. It was a commonly known issue in SG to double lev and only one would get stripped. How would that work if they all shared the same slot and didn't stack? EDIT: now that I'm thinking about it... Levitate effects may be weird in stacking. Cause I know for sure for several years on live I stacked Perfected and Group Perfected Levitation on my druid (on top of Spirit of the Eagle). Dunno if that was a late change or what though... Maybe they should all stack regardless of slot hmmmm

![]() Levitate and Levitation were slot 1 during Kunark/early Velious while DMF was and always has been slot 3.
