Quest Issue: Crusaders of Greenmist

The Crusaders of Greenmist quest line is currently broken at Crusader's Test of Pain. The tome in which you place the 10 pages does not allow the combine of the pages to make the Magically Locked Tome. It currently says something to the effect that these items cannot be combined in this container. on p99 wiki it does state that the quest is doable till the point of the last quest which requires velious content.
