Help! "Error in XML"

Hi! New to the forums so sorry if this is in the wrong place or formatted incorrectly,

I just installed the game, I've done it before for friends on other computers and have never had any problems. I'm on break from uni and want to play at my parents but my dad's computer is not something i'm very familiar with. Anyway I installed the discs and replaced the files but when I try to Launch Titanium the program crashes and gives me the message "Error in XML" and under that "Error in your GUI XML files. Check UIErrors.txt." which isnt a file, can someone tell me what I've done wrong...
