Default Ip blocked.

So I finally convinced my brother to download EQT and play with me but we aren't able to from the same ip. Is their any way that we could play or any servers? I put in a petition but I am unsure as to if that's the best possible route.

If you petitioned for an IP exemption in the Petition Forum, then you need only wait. They're done in batches so it may take days or weeks.

^That's no longer current/correct.

Eunomia (bless this wonderful woman, everyone should thank her every chance they get for what she does around here) our Senior Guide does them literally as they come in. In the past, people sometimes had to wait weeks or even months to get their exemptions. For the last ~year or so, Eunomia has done them on a day-to-day basis, and people rarely have to wait more than 48 hours to be in the game with their friends playing from the same IP.

Don't abuse it though! Be sure to read this servers rules on two-boxing (and be sure you understand what we define as two boxing) because ignorance will never be an excuse and our CSR staff actively polices this constantly. Eunomia is particularly zealous in her hunt for boxing, and is incredibly good at it. She giveth and she taketh away.

Edit: Oh. This guy already had his petition addressed. All 5 of them in a 4 hour period. He really wanted that exemption!
