Question about Why texture fix isnt in default files?

iirc you have to put some files into the titanium client to run p99 - what I wonder is, why arnt those files that fix the barbarian black shoes.. or weird black tears in textures in the default files for p99?

It's an executable+.bat that fixes all the textures. Since we don't have a "patcher" that runs executables, it's currently an optional fix. When there is a patcher, it should be included.
