IP temporary block

Im getting an IP temp block error when trying to login to game. I just set my wife up to play, she is logged in (we are both in same house playing), however when I try and log in from my account it says IP temp blocked. Is there a restriction to how many can play from 1 IP? If so can I get my account flagged for 2 accounts. Thanks
