![]() Recently I reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop. With that I installed all the drivers and software I had before. Before the reinstall I created a backup copy of my EQ directory and then moved it over once everything was complete.
- eqgame.exe running in compatibilty mode. - The user account has full administrator rights and eq is running as administrator. - Cleared out all my previous logs. - The NVIDIA control panel set to use the NVIDIA graphics card and not the on-board graphics card. - Edited shortcut for EQ that tells it to use 1 core: "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start /affinity 1 eqgame.exe patchme" For the most part everything is the same... but here is the problem. I get a random pause every now and then (maybe 3 times for every 5 minutes) where EQ just stops. It looks like the game has locked up but then it will release after a second or two and everything will be normal again. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone happen to know a fix? Thanks! | ||
