Error in your GUI XML files.

Brand new to this and still trying to get started. Whenever i try to launch the game i get the message "Error in your GUI XML files. Check UIerrors.txt". Whenever i check, it says the following:

Really have no idea what im doing, can anyone help? Thank you.
