distant merbs warping
Issue: NPCs far away (like midrange between my character and max clipping plane) instead of waking on their path, they will stand still for a server tick then warp to their actual position. When still, the NPC is either non animated or looks like they are walking in place. This issue goes away when I move closer, but sometimes they remain unanimated and slide on their path.
I kind of remember a time where it wouldn't, thinking before the patch that had all the warping bugs?
