What caster to play?

I've AE kited a bard up to 31 currently, and I'm starting to look at maybe starting up something else.The bard is fun, but AE kiting has gotten kind of bland, and I'd like to switch it up a bit.

I mainly play for short intervals at a time, so I often end up soloing. I've narrowed it down to Necro or Enchanter but can't decide between the two. In addition to solo ability, I'd also like to be able to farm at higher levels, which I hear the enchanter is a god at. Which class generally levels faster via solo and how much better is the Enchanter at farming?
