I have no eqclient.ini file?!?

So i am getting the memory error and tried to do the Fix in the FAQ but i have no eqclient.in file to even open? any ideas?

1. Help! When I try to run eq, at some point before entering the game, I get an error that looks something like this:The instruction at 0x029110ce referenced memory at 0xfffffffc. The memory could not be read

is the issue

i would also like to add that i have discovered an EQclient fifle but all it contains is

[Defaults]
Sound=TRUE
TextureQuality=1
VertexShaders=TRUE
20PixelShaders=TRUE
14PixelShaders=TRUE
1xPixelShaders=TRUE
MultiPassLighting=FALSE
UseLitBatches=TRUE

its there, just hidden for some reason, or in a different file. i had to do a windows search to find mine.
