Question for PC savy people

I am looking to buy a new PC, do not know how to build one as well. With that being said this question goes out to people who know alot about this realm. I have 700 to spend for a desktop(this includes OS). Wondering what would be the best bang for my buck so to speak. Any feedback would be helpful. Sign up and create deal alerts for keywords of items you're looking for, there are tutorials on how to do this effectively.

Personally I only shop on newegg and only buy things when there is a good deal.
I put together my most recent computer for $1010 by buying items on sale over the course of ~3 months.

Alternatively there is the option for people with a low budget to buy a prebuilt computer that has a good CPU/Ram and then buy a gfx card to put into it.

No problem - oh and as far as putting a computer together, you can find tutorials all over youtube. They have tutorials for the most ridiculous things.

I was able to replace the screen in my old cell phone just by following one. Good luck!
