EQ wont load, just a blank screen

Hello fellow P99er's, I havent played in about a year and since then built a new PC. Am having problems getting EQ to run though. I installed it just like I on my last PC, updated ect....but when it opens to run the game all it brings up is a blank screen. I have windows 7 64bit. I have searched around on the forums and have yet to find anything. Anyone have any suggestions?
