Sort of vague question. But yes. Every part of it can be MQed. But the person receiving the epic at a minimum, has to loot either... The VS Stone, 1 of the 10 corrupted pieces or do the quest for the Softly Glowing Stone.

Just one of the above would suffice. But it isn't as easy as cleric or rogue epics where you can just give the epic buyer a tradeable piece and then turn it all in.

Yes, but the pod off day and stone off vs are very expensive. Better off joining a raid guild that kills those bosses on a regular basis.
