Default Light Blue cons

In the last patch the light blue cons were changed to green but they still act as if they are light blue. So green mobs that would have been light blue still assist and still give exp. What was the point of making them green if they are really still light blue?

50% exp (light blue) vs 25% exp (green)

Game mechanics from Wiki (may or may not be true for p99) :
"Level of mob being soloed. (If the mob is light blue or green, the xp earned will be 50%, 25% or 0% of the stated value.)"

Mobs that are barely green giving exp = classic. Light blue = not classic.

in classic greens were greens. there were no light blues that only had the color changed to green. greens did not assist blues no matter how close to being blue they were.

Not true. Greens that gave xp would assist.

You can tell the difference between a green that would give experience/assist and one that would not by the /con.
