Default Old Vet Returned - WTF is up with all the spell resists?

I think you guys got something wrong with spell resists. Honestly...

This is absurd. I just started playing and everything is being resisted. Roots dropping off after 1 tick. Really making for a not so "Classic" experience.

Resist got changed recently. Before they were too low (as in root was godly), now they seem too high.

I played a druid through a good chunk of classic so I did a lot of snaring (running behavior/speed seems markedly reduced here too). Blues are resisting snare far more than they ever did back then. The vast majority I would be able to snare in 2 casts. Here it's taking 3-4 unreasonably often since the change.

Target low dark blues (i.e. close to green) instead of high dark blues and you should be OK. There will be some resists but not a ton.
