Default I need DSETUP.dll please
I do not have a CD to copy from. and apparently my maleware automatically deleted my DSETUP.dll from both my main copy and backup copy of everquest that i use for playing on p99 servers. Can someone please send me a copy of this file? or a link to just download this one file please? Thank you!

There is a copy of dsetup.dll in the latest patch .zip file. You should be able to extract it from there.
