Possible Fix for Wine Upgrade Problems

I had an issue with a conflicting dsetup.dll and DSETUP.DLL; after that things worked fine. In fact I bet thats why I couldn't log on to beta before and I didn't think to check.

Wine upgrade usually doesn't work for me an I have to reinstall. Is there an extra step for Wine users?
