Mage Quest: Circlet of Mist?

I am not sure where the Ring of Evoluoy drops. The quest dialogue says the Ring drops off of alligators in Feerott but alligators are in CT.

When CT was made 50 plus on Live, the alligators were moved to Feerott.

So the question is whether the Ring drops off of alligators in Feerott or in CT. I have killed swamp alligators in Feerrott and tons of alligators in CT with no ring.

Any help or instruction?

I'm 99% positive it's the alligators in the alligator pit in CT.

they do indeed drop of alligators in CT.. gotten loads of them at the time around ruby bp stopped dropping.
