Quest Issue: POS Monk Quest

the quest npc Holwin is working now,
it pop the right npc ( in my case Ton Po )
but the Monk master - Ton Po have no respond to quest item
he did give respond to the quest keyword , and ask me for the item
but he just return the item and say he have nothing to do with the items.

double checked i haven't gave the wrong item.

blah.. sorry man, this is why I didn't do the scripts the first time around. It is not my area of expertise. It is fixed now, but not sure when the admins will patch it. Only the eyepatch is broken atm, the other 2 work
