I meant to post this earlier and apologize for the short notice -- TMO will be doing a Cazic Skin turn in for Wizard epics tonight in Halas and all are welcome to join. This should be happening between 9pm - 12am tonight depending on how long it takes for everyone to gather.

It makes it so you don't need the CT skin yourself, yes.
