Levitation Effect in Windowed Mode

When I'm playing EQ in a window instead of full screen the levitation effect on DMF is more like a fast vibration at a constant height instead of slowly bobbing up and down. When I click over to chrome another window on my second monitor the effect performs as it should.

Anyone else have this same problem? It's pretty annoying because I almost always have DMF on.

Is your maxfps set all the way up? Reduce the slider to like 50-60 and it should normalize, assuming that is the issue. Will also fix slow mouse turning.
