Soul Binders

I've been looking for a bind in Freeport for about... 40 mins now. Offered 50pp ( all my lvl 8 newb butt has made ) and no answers. I bet a lot of people don't have issues with this but I play during non-peak hours and it seems we get the shaft pretty good.

I am curious whether there is even discussion about putting soul binders in or am I gonna have to wait 40mins+ to get a bind or run 12 zones to get a corpse back? Thanks!
