Zoning into Nektulos - immediately stuck

I convinced my gf to play with me, but when she zones out from Neriak to Nektulos, she gets immediately stuck and sees the following on her screen:

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

She cannot detect that she is moving on her end. On my screen it appears she is rubber banding at the zoneline. She doesn't crash, but can't do anything.

She deleted and remade, had the same problem as soon as she zoned into Nektulos again.

Maybe is this a problem with her install? Been playing a long time and never seen anything like this.

hey thanks, deleting those files worked.

been playing for a while on many different computers and never had to do that before.
