Noble Dojorn KSd? You tell me...

Noble Dojorn (island 1.5 posky boss)

Please offer your opinions on who should have rightful claim to the mob given the situation that just unfolded.

We (Dark Ascension) put a shadow knight on island 1.5 (the first player on this island) to pull Noble Dojorn to our raid force on island 3 by using a rez pull (which is totally legal). The shadow knight is then accompanied by a monk (Inglorious Bastards) to contest the engagement of the mob when he spawns since both of the guilds knows the exact spawn timer. The shadow knight (with all filters ON) spammed target closest mob and HT to get agro first. Noble Dojorn spawns and the shadow knight gets first hit with his HT on Noble Dojorn and accepts the rez to bring him to our raid. As Noble Dojorn is flying to our raid he is side tracked by an IB member who over-agros Noble Dojorn and pulls him to their raid force and they kill them.

The rules clearly state whoever engages first gets the claim. We obviously did, but the GMs can not prove it because they do not have access to the exact logs on who attacked first.

By over agro you mean disease cloud and possible HT while it was pathing to our raid.

We do have a screenshot of the SK doing first damage, but that is all.

Yeah, i was skeptical when the FTE rules were announced for this reason. As far as I can tell there are zero logs to check who engaged a mob first.
