Shaman Epic - Child's Tear turn in
To do this, I understand the max faction portion, and am working on it, but do you have to be a Shaman to turn this in or can you MQ it?

So, I have maxed faction with True Spirit, but I am warmly with Bondl and A Lesser Spirit.
Is this enough to MQ this item?

Warmly is max in classic.
If you see the "Your faction can't get any better" message -- which is NOT classic! -- you can do the turn in.
