Back from a break

Hi all.

I just recently returned to Project1999 (I mostly play on red) and was having some trouble logging in. I was able to bypass a month or so ago and got to character select screen but showed I had no characters and that I needed to read the site.

Now that I am trying to make my return it is saying that my account is suspended. I haven't played in about 8-10 months? rough guess. But I never cheated or broke any rules before I took my break.

I'm hoping it is just a fluke because I haven't updated the patcher or anything in a while. One more thing, how do I direct my Launch Titanium shortcut on desktop? It won't launch unless I go thru the folder.
