Pathing HS East after last patch

I noticed after the last patch mobs in HS east are pathing through the walls now. When backing off my pet it goes through the wall and the mob will follow it in. I'm afraid of my pet breaking while the mob is still in the wall and then being summoned into the wall.

Also, I had Drussela gate on me and summon me into the wall. My corpse was at the entrance but I could not interact with it and could not /corpse from DS's room. Eunomia had to come summon it for me.
