Default Shralok Pack says Lore Pending...
Anyone know what this means? Are they becoming lore?

It is just a duplication of the classic description. It never went lore in live, and it never goes lore here.

I believe that actually refers to the fact that there is no "Item lore" on the pack, no flavor text. That was a placeholder for the devs to give it some silly text phrase that they never gave it.
