Loremaster Borannin giving faction hits for Kromrif heads and Frost giant toes

As it stands, I can give Loremaster Borannin Kromrif heads and Frost giant toes, one at a time, and get the following faction hits :

Your Faction standing with the Coldain got better
Your faction standing with DainFrostreaverIV got better
Your standing with Kromrif could not possibly get any worse
Your faction standing with Kromzek could not get any worse

I can't seem to find any info that giving him those items one at a time was actually a faction quest, it looks like they are part of the Coldain shawl quest and should need the proper turn ins for the faction hits.

Both seem linked to the shawl quest without any info as to being a separate faction quest.

Also, there is no text when handing in heads or toes aside from the faction changes.

I recall saving Kromrif Heads on Classic to get the faction hit on my melee class. This looks and feels correct.

I can't find any info confirming or denying it though, even updated Allakhazam just lists him as Shawl quests.

I'll be going through each step of the shawl quest, and making sure it works.
