Pathing PERMAFROST PATHING / GHOSTING PROBLEMS

I want to report the problem with ghosting in permafrost. Especially a giant dire wolf between the 2 large spiders. Npc would seems to walk much further distance (agro range),but are actually out of range. When chasing to kill it, Object seems to be there, however it's not there, Causing playing to go to dangerous area and ended up getting kill by train.
