Some points that seem verified researching, but aren't working atm:
- He should be scowling to all, was indiff currently. - Mobs in zone should assist him, dragons included. Ran him past much of everything in zone, nothing assisted. - Has a proc? Some people talking about 160dmg dd cold, others about ae. Some guys saying he has 40k hp in 2001 posts, but 2002 posts and on they say 10k? Fought him and methinks he didn't have much hp at all. Snare landed every cast, seemed immune to fear. Some claims of high MR, some claims that slow does land.
