Inspecting Another Player Issue

First off I would like to start out I understand /toggleinspect on needs to be on, in which it is. However when I hover my mouse over the item the character is wearing it does not tell me the name of the item anymore. It use to but for some reason this last time I logged in its not showing the item names anymore. I have tried logging out toggling inspect on and off. Has anyone ran into this problem and found a quick fix?
