ISP Problems

Hey guys, I've been having a lot of problems trying to connect to PJ99 Red, whenever I get to Character select screen, as soon as I select my character and press enter world, I get "The server is not responding"

I've done a lot of trouble shooting and today, re-formatted my PC, re-installed Titanium, took all necessary steps.

I decided to take my PC to a friends house, Plugged it in and BANG, connect first time everytime to PJ99RED.

Can anyone suggest how/what the problem could be, and what it is I can try to do about it,

Im playing from Western Australia, and my ISP is Telstra.

Any help or suggestions, greatly appreciated.

Try connecting to Blue server then backing out and trying again on red.

I can successfully connect to BLUE, but every time I attempt to get past the Character select screen on red, I get "The server is not responding"

I can play on Blue without a problem.
