game stuttering: specific symptom

Hi

I reinstalled the game and it is not playing well at all. It stutters, I tend to warp around almost, I click on spells only to have the spell gem lift off the bar as if I was moving it, and then there is one specific issue that might provide the clue:

When I camp out, I get 2-4 "It will take you xx more seconds to camp out." For example, if it is at 20 seconds, I will get 2-4 "It will take you 20 seconds to camp out," all in a row, no delay.

It is like the game is repeating itself, in other words.

Used Darubel's latest instructions. Running from a launch_titanium.bat file from those isntructions.
