Need help getting back into P99

Hi Everyone -

I took a small hiatus but want to come back! I tried using the old EMU launcher but it didn't seem to work. My friend instructed me to download the newest batch files and unzip them into the EQ Titanium folder. Every time I try to launch "Launch Titanium.bat" it says "windows cannot find eqgame"

I didn't uninstall the game and when I look for eqgame on my computer, I don't see it anywhere. I'd rather not reinstall entirely, but if that's what it comes to, that's what I'll do.

Can anyone assist me?
