How to get the long hotbars back, instead of these small doubled ones?

Haven't played in a couple weeks, just went to hop on now to see whats been going on and it said my files were out of date. Downloaded the new server files and put them in folder. However now my hotbars are small doubled 1-5 set, rather then the 2 hotbars of 1-0.

Any idea how to get these back? I prefer having 2 long bars on top of each other and having them all about like 1-0, then shift + 1-0.
