Unable to perform actions bug

My group moved into Hands in KC after another had recently left it. On the ground was a dagger, presumably a disarmed fine steel one. After clicking on it, I was unable to attack or initiate any abilities beyond sitting or moving.

Camping and coming back clears the issue.
