Freezing when zoning in...

Hey all - having a weird problem lately with my main in City of Mist... I can log in and play on any of my Alt characters without an issue - as soon as I log in my main in CoM - it loads, i get about 2 seconds of play time then the game freezes and I have to Ctrl alt delete to close the program and start over.... Any idea what could be causing this? Ive been parked in COM for a few days now - and I've had a few successful multi-hour groups in the zone... not sure why it freezes as soon as I log into this character.???
