Revive: How to Make EQ Sound Significantly Better"

After having to reinstall, and having (foolishly) not backed up my old install to a USB drive, I am trying to track down the upgraded sound pack per subject line. It actually made rain and thunder pleasant to listen to, and I loved the new bag/box opening sounds, etc.

I found the old thread but it is "Closed" and the links are broken - is there anyway to revive it/bump it so that the OP may take another look at this project?
