Default Rotting Skeleton
not sure if its a broken spawn but i been killing the PH for 16hrs strait now and it still hasn't spawn yet. as of 2:12pm central time im still at the spawn killing PH.

That is not broken. I will however say make sure you are killing the right skellee. However, it can take awhile for the unlucky.

RS ive done 5 times at least

Never spent more than 2 hours before getting it
