This is a simple proposal to ease the headache of staff:

A person must DECLARE they will LNS, which must be granted. After looting, the player must exit the zone.

Before the GM imposed LNS rule there was hardly any LNS allowed. Corpse camping was rampant. With this rule, and my amendment, the server can be happy again.

I think you should just declare it and be done with it by using a shout in zone. they don't seem to care if it's granted or not, so no point adding that in.
