Spells: Bard Songs

Bard songs "cast bars" disappear about 75-80% of the time while a song is being "cast". I am not sure if this is a specific UI problem, but i have tried it on Duxai and Velious and both seem to have issues. Have talked about it some on other threads and figured I would go ahead and make it a known issue to the big boys upstairs if they weren't aware!
