Target Window not showing enemys health

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? All the other windows work fine but the Target Window doesn't show the targets health, it will give you the percentage if you mouse over it but no red bar. I would assume your missing the tga file that draws the guage. Which UI are you using? Can you link it?

Never mind i figured it out, apparently when i was loading the new Velious UI the file you were talking about never got moved over. Thanks for the help [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I thought so, I did the same thing while making it!
