UI fix that has % shown in mana bar?

I posted on this just yesterday and I can't find the post anywhere. I had an issue with my UI so I had to reload a new one and it doesn't show the % in the mana bar. Only the health bar. Does anyone know how to get the % in the mana bar or a good classic looking UI that has the % in the mana bar?

Wow, never seen that one before. Interesting... not sure it's got enough of the classic look to it though for me.
