temporary ip block, different computer, what do I do?

I recently tried to play p99 on my laptop while on vacation and got a message that my ip address has been temporarily blocked. My brother, who is on vacation with me is also trying to play on the same wireless and was able to get in fine. What do I need to do to un-block my ip?
