Going out of town

If I go out of state to the in-laws for the holidays and install EQ on their PC and login as me will there be any problems with me showing up at a different IP address?

No. Your Ip changes on a regular basis even on the same PC so there is no issue with your account logging in from another one.

Don't even need to install it on their PC, you can just take a flash drive with you with a copy of your EQ Titanium folder. You also need to make a new shortcut to put on the flash drive.
